The dark scenes are designed to deliver true foreboding, terror and grief to the audience while the light scenes deliver new emotional highs. Nickolas and John strive to create cinematic experiences for audiences that transport them, not only in time and space, but in their emotional reactions and psychological dispositions where the characters find themselves facing seemingly impossible circumstances. DIRECTOR'S VISION
As a moviegoer, I wish to be transported into fantastic worlds, populated by intriguing characters and filled with spectacle at every turn.
As a filmmaker, I want to take my audience on a similar journey. I love all genres of storytelling and “Genesis Revisited” offers a mixture of several: Action, Drama, Suspense, Science Fiction - even some light comedy.
At the center of this cautionary tale of Armageddon is an intriguing love story between two disparate souls, who otherwise may have never met, but nonetheless find themselves posed with the weighty question… is mankind even worth saving?
Taking place in the past, present, and future, the film will be filled with exotic locations, visually stunning set pieces and kinetic action. It will not only be beautiful, but also raw and gritty.
Haunted. That is simply the best way to describe how I felt after reading the script for the first time. Soon, I realized that the only way I could truly “exorcise” these newfound demons, was to tell this story myself, on as large a canvas as possible, to the widest, most diverse audience willing to be taken on an epic journey of mainstream entertainment.
